Andres Reynoso

Exercise Specialist

Andres received his Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Sciences from Nova Southeastern University in May 2026.

A lifelong athlete, Andres has been playing tennis since the age of 8 and was a key member of his middle and high school tennis teams at Mater Lakes Academy, making varsity as a middle schooler. During his senior year, he took the initiative to restart the program after it was temporarily shut down, demonstrating early leadership and commitment to the sport. He also spent three years as a ballperson for the Miami Open during his high school days, giving him an inside look at professional tennis. Today, he serves as a part-time tennis coach working with all age groups, an experience that has sharpened his ability to break down exercises for any skill level – seamlessly regressing and progressing movements to meet each individual where they are. His background in tennis, boxing, and weight room training fuels his passion for fitness and performance. Andres also served as President of Iron Jaw MMA, a mixed martial arts club at Nova, where he brought together specialists in BJJ, karate, judo, and other disciplines to work toward a common goal: educating others in the art and science of MMA – a testament to his ability to unite diverse experts and lead with purpose.

An engaging and team-oriented professional, Andres excels at connecting with patients and collaborating with staff to deliver the highest quality care. His ultimate goal is to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and continue exploring the world of sports medicine and exercise science, with plans to compete in tennis tournaments before taking that next step.
