Dr. Andrew Mason is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with over six years of experience in the physical therapy profession. He brings a dynamic and integrative approach to movement, performance, and rehabilitation, drawing from a rich and diverse background in athletics and fitness.
Originally from the island of Barbados, Dr. Mason is a lifelong athlete and former competitive tennis player, track and field athlete, and mixed martial artist. His deep understanding of human performance is rooted not only in clinical expertise but also in years of personal experience across multiple disciplines.
In addition to his clinical credentials, Dr. Mason has been a NASM Master Trainer for eight years and a Certified Personal Trainer for over twelve years. He holds multiple certifications in areas including sports nutrition, sports psychology, injury prevention, and running performance. He specializes in optimizing athletic performance, preventing injury, and guiding clients through effective recovery using both evidence-based interventions and innovative tools such as kettlebells, sticks, and other unconventional modalities — in addition to traditional strengthening methods.
Dr. Mason earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness from Purdue Global University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Nova Southeastern University. His work is grounded in a passion for helping individuals move better, recover smarter, and perform at their best.
